Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 15 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an eligible product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your product is received by us. We are not responsible for any return products that are lost or damaged returns in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and undergarments. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift card purchased items.
Refunds
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we do offer store credit for the purchase price which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
